The Central Coordination Technician L2 is a senior role responsible for overseeing the global hardware asset management lifecycle, from procurement to disposal, while driving strategic improvements and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position requires strong leadership, expertise in IT systems, and the ability to manage complex logistics and vendor relationships. The role demonstrates advanced problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions across a global network.

Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Function)
Lead the management of the complete hardware lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Develop, maintain, and execute an asset management program with clear processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
Ensure accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures are maintained.
Oversee data transfers between ServiceNow and other Asset Management Database systems.
Supervise logistics operations to ensure timely shipping of devices in alignment with user requests and business needs.
Coordinate warranty repair processes and manage best-effort support for devices with expired warranties.
Monitor physical and virtual inventory, oversee cycle counts, and ensure proper warehouse operations.




Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless asset management.
Manage purchase orders, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with SLA requirements.
Provide expert-level support to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Leverage advanced functionalities of ServiceNow and other ITSM tools for asset management, ticketing, and reporting.

1. Develop Code For Asset Management Projects Using Relevant Programming Languages And Technologies, Ensuring Adherence To Time, Quality, And Cost Standards.
2. Maintain Existing Asset Management Systems By Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues, Applying Robust Problem-Solving Skills To Ensure Service Continuity.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather New Feature Requests And Implement Enhancements In Asset Management Solutions, Ensuring Alignment With Client Needs And Best Practices.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Code, Processes, And System Configurations To Support Knowledge Sharing And Operational Efficiency.
