Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Developer/Consultant to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves working on complex integrations, enhancing system performance, and contributing to agile project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and customize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Optimize system performance, data quality,



and ensure maintainable customizations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support defect resolution.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes, version control, and release management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance, and security practices.

Skill Requirements
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization.
• Experience in integration patterns (APIs, Events, CDC).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and platform limits.
• Robust debugging and analytical skills.

Other Requirements
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Lightning Developer.
