Job Description

- Exciting chance to work on innovative NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure
- Develop next-generation products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Thermal and power management on HBF-based products
- Work with thermal and power management designer on the algorithm
- Work with FW team on implementation
- Work with Validation team on defining test objectives, measurement and debug planning
- Verify and characterize the management implementation on actual systems

Qualifications

- REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s, or Master’s, in EE, ECE, E&I;, VLSI, or other relevant field
- 10+ years (BS), 7+ years (MS) experience in NAND flash–based or related system design
- Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python)
- Familiar with debug, testing and peripheral interfaces (JTAG, UART, I2C, I3C, SMBus)
- Proven experience leading products/projects and managing stakeholders

- PREFERRED:

- Experience with flows and toolchains for system characterization and production testing
- Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks
- Knowledge of LLM algorithm
