Job Description:

- Welcome customers warmly and deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience.

- Understand customer needs and recommend products based on their preferences, style, and budget.

- Provide personalized styling and fashion advice to help customers make informed purchase decisions.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining key retail KPIs such as Sales, ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units Per Transaction), ASP (Average Selling Price), and Conversion.

- Build robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, promotions, and seasonal collections.

- Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.

- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.

- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

- Handle billing, cash transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, stock counts, and shrinkage control.

- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
