We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Brand Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid portfolio across digital and print media, an eye for clean and impactful design, and a solid understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Treebo across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and execute compelling visual assets for campaigns, product launches, social media, websites, emails, presentations, and print materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, HR, etc.) to understand business goals and translate them into high-quality visuals.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction when needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate design quality.
- Work with external agencies,



photographers, and vendors when required for large-scale campaigns or branding exercises.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a high-growth consumer brand or agency environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work across multiple formats.
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and create designs that reflect Treebos tone and personality.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
- A team player with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to receive and act on feedback.
