Description

We are seeking a Fire/Life Safety Designer for our office in Bangalore, The candidate shall be responsible for firefighting (F&S;) system engineering in accordance with NBC& NFPA norms, They must exhibit the skills to independently develop F&S; designs in accordance with codes, standards and project specifications while ensuring the needs of the client are met.

Role & responsibilities

- Provide technically accurate, complete Fire Protection documents to the client that adheres to all code requirements, company specifications and the engineering standards of practice.
- Analyze and develop conceptual, working, and detailed design of Fire Protection systems for recent and existing facilities.
- Develop and analyze project scope, schedule, phasing, staging, specific site issues, and pertinent code issues.
- Coordinate Fire Protection designs with building architecture, structure and MEP systems.
- Coordinate with the F&S; Practice Lead, engineers, and designers.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years to 10 years experience directly related to fire protection.
