Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the sales process and drive successful project closures.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the quality and accuracy of all design deliverables.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, maintaining high standards.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in interior design.
- Proven track record of delivering 5 to 6 comprehensive residential turnkey projects.
- Proficient in design software, including AutoCAD, and skilled in creating effective presentations.
- Strong expertise in:




- Conceptual design (layouts, styles, mood boards)
- Technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation)
- Modular design (aesthetic and functional material knowledge, module planning)
- Civil works and services (specifications and installation details)
- Experienced in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Sales Skills:

- Ability to close sales through persuasive and trusted communication.
- Lead design meetings with clients effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
