About the Role

Movate Technologies is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for Infrastructure and Cybersecurity hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing and hiring niche technology talent while managing stakeholders, clients, and recruitment teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Infrastructure technology roles, including:
- Network Operations
- Network Security
- Firewall Security
- TAC Engineers
- Technical Support
- Cyber Security
- SOC (Security Operations Center)

- Manage multiple hiring requirements under tight deadlines and achieve hiring targets.
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team, ensuring delivery excellence and process compliance.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and stakeholders.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche and passive talent.
- Manage candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.




- Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to Infrastructure and Security hiring.
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams and driving hiring independently.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri sourcing.
- Solid networking, sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Creative and out-of-the-box approach to talent sourcing and market mapping.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage priorities independently.
- Experience in IT Services/Technology hiring environments is highly preferred.
