Job Summary
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
We’re looking for engineers who are adaptable, curious, and passionate about building outstanding software. You’ll need:
Strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development
• Backend: Proficiency in Java (17+) or Node or Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other modern frontend frameworks.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Harness), Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Automation: Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Pact, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using javascript, react, and java.
2. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
3. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders,



and other teams to define technical requirements, estimate project timelines, and prioritize tasks.
4. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance application performance and functionality.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations for resolution, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
6. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in javascript, react, and java to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in javascript, react, and java programming languages.
2. Strong experience in designing and developing web applications using javascript frameworks like react.
3. Knowledge of restful apis, json, and asynchronous programming.
4. Expertise in database technologies such as mysql, mongodb, or postgresql.
5. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as git and ci/cd pipelines.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment.
7. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and interact with stakeholders.
