Job Summary
Administration & implementation knowledge of CTERA PORTAL, Apache Tomcat appliances, and Postgres database with replication processes. Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, and managing CTERA PORTAL infrastructure, Windows workstations, VmWare appliances, and LINUX/CENTOS operating systems. Experience in CTERA PORTAL, LINUX OS, and Windows OS upgrades. Monitoring of CTERA PORTAL infrastructure and coordination with vendor for resolution. Python, Ansible





Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2/3 support to large customer base (agents) who use CTERA PORTAL for daily file storage. Knowledge about using ticketing system for daily operations – Servicenow. Display multi-tasking expertise and patience to troubleshoot critical issues under pressure. Experience with disaster recovery technologies and data replication. Robust communication skills, both verbal and written.
