Job Description – Sourcing Manager & Closing Manager

Location: Dombivli

About the Role:

Our reputed real estate client (real estate developer) is looking for energetic and result-oriented sales professionals to join our Residential Sales team. We are hiring for both Closing Sales and Sourcing Sales roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Closing Sales:

- Handle customer inquiries and conduct project presentations and site visits.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Negotiate pricing and payment plans within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with CRM, home loan, and documentation teams for smooth booking and closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure a superior buying experience.

Sourcing Sales:

- Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sourcing activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and local influencers.




- Conduct site visits and assist customers throughout the sales journey.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities and lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regular follow-ups.
- Meet sourcing and booking targets as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1–6 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of residential real estate sales processes.
