Develop monitoring capabilities that provide detailedinsights into system performance, availability, and health,including the creation of dashboards, alerts, and metrics. Developand deploy automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, enhancesystem reliability, and increase overall operational efficiency.Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuousimprovement of IT solutions at a global level. Participate incutting-edge technological projects at a global level.



Coordinateand manage relationships with internal stakeholders and externalvendors. ✅ What you need to shine in this role EducationalBackground: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or similareducational background. Key Knowledge: SO: Windows Series, Windowsserver, IOS, Android Administrative tools: Active Directory, DNS,DHCP, File Server. Backup tools: Veeam Backup Virtualization:Vmware Office 365 and Exchange Online systems. Monitoring tools:Ninja One, Desktop Engine, PRTG (similar). Knowledge inCybersecurity Good communication skills and a team-oriented,team-oriented mindset Experience working with ticket-basedenterprise workflow systems, particularly JIRA Other Knowledge:Knowledge in Fortinet Solutions.
