Job Description: We arecurrently hiring freshers for the position of Airport Ground Staff.As a part of the ground staff team, you will be responsible forassisting passengers and ensuring a smooth and efficient operationof airport services. Your primary role will be to provide excellentcustomer service and maintain a safe and secure environment for allpassengers and staff. Key Responsibilities: - Greeting andwelcoming passengers, and assisting them with check-in, baggagedrop, and other airport procedures. - Providing information andassistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, boardinggates, and other airport facilities. - Conducting security checksand screening of passengers and their baggage. - Assistingpassengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors,elderly or disabled passengers. - Handling and resolving customercomplaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
-Ensuring the safety and security of the airport premises bymonitoring and reporting any suspicious activities. - Coordinatingwith other airport staff, including ground crew, cabin crew, andairline officials, to ensure a smooth operation. - Maintainingaccurate records of passenger information and flight details.Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent. -Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability towork in a quick-paced and dynamic environment. - Basic computerskills and knowledge of airport systems and procedures. -Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time. -Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. -Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but notmandatory.
