, Permanent Airport Ground Staff are responsible forensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport services andfacilities. As a member of the Bluespirit team, you will beresponsible for providing excellent customer service to allpassengers and visitors, ensuring their safety and comfort whilethey travel through the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet andassist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boardingprocedures - Provide information and assistance to passengersregarding flight schedules, gate changes, and other airportservices - Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries ina professional and timely manner - Ensure the safety and securityof all passengers by following airport security protocols andprocedures - Coordinate with other airport staff, including pilots,flight attendants, and ground crew, to ensure smooth and timelyflight operations - Monitor flight schedules and make necessaryadjustments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals - Handle andprocess passenger baggage, including loading and unloading fromaircraft - Maintain cleanliness and organization of airportfacilities, including waiting areas, restrooms, and boarding gates- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompaniedminors, elderly or disabled passengers, and families with youngchildren - Adhere to all company policies and procedures,
