Job Overview: We are currentlyseeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team asAirport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you willplay a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation ofour airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers atcheck-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handlepassenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Checkand process travel documents and ensure compliance with securityregulations - Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures -Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal- Handle and resolve any issues or concerns raised by passengers -Coordinate with other departments and airline partners to ensureon-time departures - Assist with special services for passengerswith disabilities or special needs - Conduct security checks andimplement safety procedures as per airport regulations - Maintainaccurate records of passenger information and flight details -Handle and process baggage, including loading and unloading ontoaircraft - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as wellas industry standards and regulations Qualifications: - Minimumhigh school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication andcustomer service skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced,dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-makingabilities - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekendsand holidays - Basic computer skills and knowledge of airportsystems is an asset - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggagewhen required - Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages isa plus - No prior experience is required, training will be providedWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well asopportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
