Location : Anklas,Gujarat Job Profile: We are looking for a reliable Jr. Logisticsand Dispatch Executive to be responsible for the followingresponsibilities Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, anddispatch documents. Ensure billing as per the customer PO. Maintainexport documentation records (if applicable). Verify dispatchaddress and delivery instructions, coordinate with warehouse,production, and transporters. Ensure proper packaging, labeling,and supervision of loading. Liaise and negotiate with thetransporter. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels,delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency. Arrange a courierfor samples and small consignments. Verify courier bills. Trackshipment status and update concerned departments.



Resolve anyarising problems or complaints during the transportation/courier ofgoods from the factory to the customer Select carriers fortransportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers.Should know Export and Import documents and requirements Maintainthe dispatch register and sample records. Ensure proper documentfiling and traceability for audits. Other Attributes: Goodcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated,intelligent, energetic person who can quickly learn Good analyticalskill Building and retaining relationships with various transportcompanies. Salary: Rs. 25k to 30k
