This role is intended for hands-ondevelopment-focused candidates with proven experience in projectimplementation and software engineering, rather than productionsupport or maintenance-only backgrounds. You will workindependently on complex development tasks, apply systemdevelopment methodologies and best practices, and deliverhigh-quality functional and technical solutions. You may also takea lead role in project delivery, collaborate with business and ITstakeholders, and contribute across the full software developmentlife cycle. This is a remote global role , working closely withteams in Thailand and Vietnam. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Develop andmaintain Oracle Retail Merchandising software applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Participate in thesoftware development life cycle (SDLC). Write clean and efficientcode. Conduct software testing and debugging. Collaborate on codereviews. Monitor and maintain existing Oracle Retail softwaresystems. Businessstakeholders Technology Vendors IT teams WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, ComputerScience, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on developmentexperience in complex system implementation projects. At least 2full project implementation cycles in a development role.Experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)implementation is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of RetailMerchandising System (RMS) and Retail Price System (RPS). Solidskills in system analysis, technical design, and softwaredevelopment. Experience working with Oracle Database and/or MSSQL.Familiarity with Agile methodology. Good problem-solving andcommunication skills in English. Preferred Candidate Profile We arelooking for candidates with a robust development background,specifically those who have: Worked as a developer / technicalconsultant / implementation engineer Been directly involved incoding, customization, integration, and solution deliveryParticipated in end-to-end project implementation, not onlypost-go-live support Demonstrated ability to build and enhancesystems, not just monitor or maintain them Not a Fit for This RoleThis position is not suitable for candidates whose background isprimarily: Application Support Production Support Maintenance / BAUsupport Incident handling / operational troubleshooting onlyMonitoring-focused roles without strong development involvementCandidates with mostly Support/Maintenance profiles and limitedhands-on development or implementation experience will not beconsidered a strong match for this role.
