TheOpportunity ISMG is seeking a highly creative and strategic designleader to head our global Design Bureau, based within our APACdelivery center. This role will lead the delivery of high-qualitycreative services across the organization, overseeing designoperations, team development, stakeholder partnerships, and brandconsistency across all business units. The ideal candidate combinesstrong people leadership, operational excellence, and hands-ondesign expertise, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced,service-driven environment. What You'll Do Lead and scale ISMG'sAPAC-based global Design Bureau, delivering creative services tostakeholders across multiple regions and business units. Manage,mentor, and develop a high-performing team of designers whilefostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuousimprovement. Partner with global creative leadership to maintainbrand consistency, design quality, and best practices across alldeliverables. Oversee the end-to-end design process, from intakeand ideation through execution and delivery. Establish and optimizeworkflows, service levels, quality standards, and performancemetrics to drive operational excellence. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to translate business objectives intoimpactful visual solutions. Contribute as a hands-on designer whenneeded, helping shape ISMG's creative direction and designstandards. Stay current on emerging design trends,



technologies,and AI-powered creative tools to drive innovation and efficiency.Support strategic initiatives and other projects as assigned bysenior leadership. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree inGraphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a relatedfield. 8+ years of professional design experience, includingexperience leading and developing creative teams. Proven successmanaging a creative services function, design team, orshared-services model supporting multiple stakeholders. Strongportfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital marketing,event marketing, presentations, and business-focused creativedesign. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills. Experience building scalable processes, managingworkflows, and driving performance through KPIs and qualitystandards. Solid understanding of brand governance, designsystems, and creative best practices. Advanced proficiency withAdobe Creative Cloud and modern design tools. Ability to managemultiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in adeadline-driven environment. Familiarity with UX/UI design, motiongraphics, video production, AI-powered design tools, and digitalmarketing creative is a plus.
