Job Overview:We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Air TicketingExecutive to join our team. KeyResponsibilities: - Assist customers with their flightreservations, changes, and cancellations - Provide excellentcustomer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Process ticketbookings and issue e-tickets - Handle customer inquiries andresolve any issues or complaints - Keep up-to-date with airlinepolicies, procedures, and regulations - Maintain accurate recordsof ticket sales and transactions - Collaborate with other teammembers to achieve sales targets and goals - Stay updated withcurrent industry trends and promotions - Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients and suppliers - Handle cash and creditcard transactions in a timely and accurate manner Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field(preferred for freshers)



- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience inair ticketing (for experienced candidates) - Excellentcommunication and customer service skills - Proficient in computerskills and knowledge of ticketing software - Strong attention todetail and ability to multitask - Ability to work under pressureand meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of airline policies,procedures, and regulations - Willingness to work flexible hours,including weekends and holidays - Team player with a positiveattitude and strong work ethic - Knowledge of local andinternational travel destinations is a plus Contract Details: Thisis a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefitspackage.
