As an AirportGround Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellentcustomer service to passengers and ensuring the smooth operation ofthe airport. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad,Uttar Pradesh, India. Responsibilities: - Greet and assistpassengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival - Handle passengerinquiries, requests, and complaints in a qualified and timelymanner - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and theirbelongings - Assist with the boarding process and ensure allpassengers are accounted for - Conduct security checks as required- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient andtimely operations - Handle baggage and cargo,



including loading andunloading from aircraft - Maintain a clean and organized workenvironment - Adhere to all airport and company policies andprocedures - Provide information and assistance to passengers withspecial needs - Communicate effectively with passengers andcolleagues - Handle cash and credit card transactions for airportservices - Other duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent customer serviceskills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability towork in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace - Willingness to workflexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays -Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Basic computerskills - Must be able to pass a background check and obtainnecessary airport security clearance - Previous experience incustomer service or the aviation industry is a plus We offercompetitive salary and benefits package, including medical anddental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for careergrowth.
