We are looking for a proactive and methodical QualityAssurance Manager to lead the quality function, drive a zero-defectculture, manage audits, and maintain compliance with global qualitystandards for a leading fasteners manufacturing company. KeyResponsibilities: Lead a team of inspectors across incoming,in-process, and final stages Drive near-zero rejection and reworkthrough preventive quality systems Conduct root cause analysis andimplement CAPA Manage customer and third-party audits with fullaudit readiness Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, OHSAS,and EHS standards Handle customer complaints and ensure timelyclosure of quality issues Requirements: Bachelor's degree inEngineering (Mechanical/Production preferred) 3–7 years ofexperience in QA/QC in manufacturing (fasteners/automotivepreferred) Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949Proficiency in 7 QC Tools, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause AnalysisAbility to interpret technical drawings, tolerances, andspecifications Solid leadership, analytical thinking, and ahands-on shop-floor approach Only shortlisted candidates will becontacted.
