Exp : 2-5 years Bacherlor's in accouting, MBA/CMA/CAJob Description Key Responsibilities Hands on experience in SAPFICO including CO-PA and understanding on other modules • Performanalysis of Order Backlog and GM%. • Perform benchmarking of keyperformance indicators (KPIs) with external and internal peers. •Business partnering with Controllers and Project managers tounderstand and analyze the drivers of financial performance andidentify trends; propose value add. • Prepare financial analysisfor various “what if” scenarios and sensitivity analysis and theoverall impact to the business units. • Analysis of SIE and BIE andindicating root cause if any. • Preparing and analyzing Inventoryreconciliation. • Provisions review and reconciliation. •Responsible for Back charges to Offshore factory. • Support monthend closure activities to ensure accuracy of financials.



• IncomeStatement and Balance sheet review to be perform during pre-closingand post books closure and propose necessary corrective actions. •Make sure that all invoices are coding to correct Sales Orders. •Perform activities related to Internal controls and SOX audit. •Comparison of monthly/quarterly MIS data with different benchmarksand provide comments/remarks with proper analysis. • Providesupport in preparation of financial reporting, business planning,budgeting, and forecasting. • Validate accuracy of financial dataand business information and reports by performing •Reconciliation, review, and report exceptions. • Need to supportAd-hoc work/assignment/job given requirement, from time to time. •Provide information to management by collecting, summarizing,preparing reports and share presentation of findings and analysisto Controllers. • Active participation in improvement projects,LEAN management practice.
