We are currently seeking a Reservation & Ticketing Executive to join our team and assist in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Reservation & Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling flight reservations and ticketing for our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that all bookings are made accurately and in a timely manner. Your main goal will be to provide a seamless booking experience for our customers and ensure their travel plans are executed smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Handle flight reservations and ticketing for clients - Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences - Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, fares,



and availability - Process ticket bookings and issue e-tickets - Assist in resolving any booking or ticketing issues or discrepancies - Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure smooth and efficient booking process - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in airline policies and procedures - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets - Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions - Handle any other duties as assigned by the management team Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in reservation and ticketing, preferably in the travel industry - Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems and ticketing procedures - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Knowledge of local and international travel regulations and policies - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays If you are passionate about travel and have a solid background in reservation and ticketing, we would love to hear from you.
