Asa member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role inensuring the smooth operation of our airport and providingexcellent customer service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates,and arrival areas - Check and process passengers' travel documents,including tickets and passports - Handle baggage and cargo,including loading and unloading from aircraft - Ensure the safetyand security of all passengers and their belongings - Provideinformation and assistance to passengers regarding flightschedules, delays, and other inquiries - Coordinate with otherground staff and airline crew to ensure efficient and timelyoperations - Handle any customer complaints or issues in aprofessional and productive manner - Maintain a clean and organizedwork environment,
