KeyResponsibilities: - Assist in the check-in process for passengers,including issuing boarding passes, checking baggage, and providingflight information. - Handle inquiries and resolve any issues orcomplaints from passengers. - Assist in the boarding process andensure all passengers are boarded safely and on time. - Coordinatewith other airport staff to ensure the efficient and timely arrivaland departure of flights. - Conduct security checks and screeningsas per airport regulations. - Handle and process luggage and cargoin a safe and timely manner. - Provide assistance to passengerswith special needs,
such as unaccompanied minors or elderlypassengers. - Maintain a clean and organized work area at alltimes. - Adhere to all safety and security protocols andprocedures. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of a high schooldiploma or equivalent. - Excellent communication and customerservice skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.- Basic computer skills. - Willingness to work in shifts, includingnights, weekends, and holidays. - Must be physically fit and ableto lift up to 50 lbs. - Prior experience in the aviation industryis a plus, but not required.
