In thisrole, you will identify key decision-makers within accounts andgenerate qualified opportunities through targeted outreach tooutbound prospects, fostering long-term relationships for businessgrowth. Key Responsibilities Drive top-of-the-funnel leadgeneration for account executives and sales managers. Update andmanage all sales activities, opportunities, and account informationin the CRM. Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualifiedopportunities. Identify influencers and key decision-makers withintargeted accounts. Build rapport and establish long-termrelationships with prospects. Conduct outreach through variouscommunication channels including calls and emails.



Collaborate withthe sales team to optimize lead generation strategies. Analyzeperformance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Maintainup-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape.Required Qualifications Must-Have: 2-3 years of experience inoutbound calling in the North American market. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills. Proven experience in leadgeneration. Ability to work independently and in a team.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
