Design and documentcomprehensive technical solutions tailored to client-specificrequirements. Architect and implement scalable, high-performancemicroservices capable of managing substantial data and trafficloads. Develop and maintain high-level and low-level cloudimplementation plans, solution architectures, and detailed designdocuments. Build and implement secure, cloud-based solutions usingcutting-edge technologies and best practices. Responsible to leadend-to-end project delivery, proactively addressing technicalchallenges and driving accountability at all stages of development.Manage, mentor, and guide development teams to achieve projectgoals. Define, implement,



and enforce technical best practices toensure high-quality, efficient processes. Troubleshoot complextechnical issues to enhance system performance and reliability.Drive initiatives to optimize software development life cyclesusing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation. Define anddrive the long-term technical roadmap for the MEAN stack andrelated technology solutions. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 10+years of software development experience, with expertise in MERN(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. Strong hands-onexperience in microservices architecture, design patterns, andcontainerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes(mandatory). Proficient in both relational (e.g., MySQL,PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases. Hands on experience withAWS services such as Glue, S3, Athena, Data Pipeline, and Lambda isa big plus. Experience with DevOps tools such as AWS Code Pipeline,CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks is a plus. Experience inindustries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, orManufacturing is a solid advantage. Proven experience managingteams, delivering projects, and driving technical excellence.Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.Demonstrated experience working with US or European clients,showcasing excellent communication and client managementskills.
