Role: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)Coordinator, Delhi Experience: 7+ years Salary: 10- 12 LPA Femalepreferred _________________________________________________ Aboutthe Role: We are seeking a dedicated MEL Coordinator to join adynamic programme that strengthens women-owned collectiveenterprises. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to asystems change initiative aimed at creating an enabling ecosystemfor grassroots women entrepreneurs. As part of this role, the MELCoordinator will play a critical role in linking data todecision-making , ensuring that insights from monitoring andevaluation directly inform programme strategy, improveimplementation, and strengthen the impact of women-led enterprises.Key Responsibilities: Design, adapt, and implement MEL frameworksand tools for women-owned collective enterprises. Support programmeevaluations, including co-developing instruments, analyticalframeworks, training team members, coordinating data collection,and preparing reports. Track, report, and support implementation ofmonitoring processes to meet quality standards. Analyze programmemonitoring systems and evaluation results to inform programmaticimprovements. Provide monthly and quarterly data analysis andreports to programme coordinators and other stakeholders. Identifyimplementation challenges and design strategies to mitigate them.Promote learning as an integral component of the programme andsupport evidence sharing on internal and external platforms.Participate in annual programme reviews and planning workshops.Serve as the primary point of contact for all MEL-relatedactivities.



Support the overall development of MEL frameworks andprocesses within the organization. Lead organization-widecapacity-building sessions to enhance knowledge on MEL. Ensure thatMEL data is effectively communicated across teams to supportstrategic decision-making and strengthen organizational learning.Key Skills and Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Statistics,Data Sciences, Economics, or related fields. 7+ years of experiencemanaging MEL in social impact programmes, preferably in livelihoodor entrepreneurship initiatives. Proven experience designing andleading MEL strategies aligned with organizational priorities.Robust analytical and writing skills, with proficiency inqualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies. Experienceworking at the grassroots level with marginalized communities.Understanding of social/development sector issues, particularly inlivelihood and womens collective enterprises. Proficiency in MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and statistical software forquantitative data analysis and visualization (Power BI, SPSS,STATA, etc.). Experience building trackers and dashboards is aplus. Willingness to travel extensively to field locations.Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hindi andEnglish; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.Attention to detail and ability to connect programmatic andorganizational priorities with MEL work. - Hiring Note :Applications will be reviewed on rolling basis.
