As an Airport Ground Staff, you will play acrucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at theairport. Your main responsibility will be to assist and provideservices to passengers, including check-in, baggage handling, andboarding. You will also be responsible for maintaining thecleanliness and safety of the airport premises. KeyResponsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-incounter, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process - Handlepassenger baggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded ontothe correct flight - Provide information and assistance topassengers regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, andairport facilities - Assist passengers with special needs, such aselderly or disabled individuals, and ensure their comfort andsafety - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the airportterminal, including restrooms, waiting areas, and boarding gates -Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional andcourteous manner - Collaborate with other airport staff,
