ResponsibilitiesJoin TeamViewer as Sales Compensation Analyst and be responsiblefor analyzing sales data and trends, evaluating the effectivenessof current compensation plans, and recommending changes to improvesales results. This role also involves collaborating with variousdepartments, such as Finance and HR, to ensure compensation plansalign with our overall business goals. Analyze sales data anddetermine appropriate target achievement of individual sellers andteams Create and implement productive processes for calculation anddistribution of sales compensation Monitor and analyze theeffectiveness of current compensation plans, making recommendationsfor improvements as needed Establish automated tools to increasetransparency on target achievement for sellers and improve accuracyof calculation Provide guidance and support to sales teams andmanagers on compensation-related issues Collaborate with otherdepartments, such as Finance and HR, to ensure compliance withcompany policies and procedures Stay current on industry trends andbest practices in sales compensation calculations. Requirements 2+years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Compensation,
