Position Overview: We areseeking a seasoned Internal Communications Expert to support theglobal HR Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible fordeveloping and executing strategic internal communicationinitiatives to ensure effective communication across all levels ofthe organization. This role requires excellent communicationskills, and the ability to work collaboratively with variousstakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implementcomprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with thecompany's objectives and values. Create engaging content forinternal communications channels including newsletters, intranet,emails, and presentations.



Collaborate with department heads togather relevant information and updates for internal distribution.Manage internal communication platforms and ensure content isaccurate, relevant, and timely. Support employee engagementactivities such as town hall meetings, webinars, and workshops.Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on internalcommunication best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree inCommunications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.Proven experience (10 years) in internal communications, preferablyworking closely with the HR Team. Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to workindependently and remotely while maintaining effectivecommunication with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity withcultural nuances and sensitivities in communications, especiallywhen working remotely across different regions.
