Role Description We're hiring a Game Designer whothrives in a fast-moving, scrappy environment. You'll own thedesign layer end-to-end — from core loop concepting to live balancetweaks — working directly with developers and artists. This is nota documentation-heavy role; you'll be expected to prototype,playtest, and iterate quickly. Qualifications Proven experiencedesigning mobile and/or PC games — shipped titles stronglypreferred Fluency in F2P design patterns — progression systems,economy design, FTUE, retention hooks Ability to design and balancein-game economies (currencies, gacha, battle passes, cosmetics)Comfort working without a rigid spec — you can take a rough conceptand shape it into a playable loop Robust instincts on pacing,difficulty curves,
