Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Responsible for accurate lens fitting, edging, and mounting lenses into spectacle frames as per prescriptions and technical specifications.- Interpret optical prescriptions and ensure the correct type, size, and curvature of lenses are selected.- Operate and maintain optical machinery such as lens edging, grooving, and drilling machines with precision.- Inspect and verify finished spectacles to ensure quality, comfort, and accuracy before delivery to customers.- Adjust, align, and repair spectacle frames to ensure proper fit and comfort for customers.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical lab, ensuring proper handling and safety of tools and materials.- Manage and record lens inventory, ensuring adequate stock for daily operations.- Collaborate with optometrists and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order completion.- Follow company quality standards and procedures to deliver high-quality optical products.- Stay updated with recent optical technologies, equipment, and materials to improve work efficiency and precision.
