Job DescriptionRole & responsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution:- Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans.- Oversee the complete project lifecycle from mobilization to commissioning of transmission line infrastructure (132kV to 765kV).- Ensure timely execution of work as per project timelines and deliverables.Team & Contractor Management:- Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors, and external contractors.- Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, timelines, and quality standards.Technical Oversight:- Supervise foundation works, tower erection, stringing, and commissioning activities.- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams for seamless integration and delivery.Stakeholder Coordination:- Liaise with clients, vendors, consultants, and statutory authorities to ensure project alignment and approvals.- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.Risk & Quality Management:- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.- Ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE (Health,



Safety & Environment) protocols throughout the project.Budget & Cost Control:- Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising on quality and safety.- Manage billing, documentation, and cash flow related to project execution.Preferred candidate profileRequired Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelors / Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.- 10 to 15 years of experience in transmission line project execution, with at least 3 years in a project management role.- Proven track record in executing EHV and UHV transmission line projects (220kV, 400kV, 765kV).- Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).Key Skills & Competencies:- Solid project management and organizational skills.- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.- In-depth knowledge of transmission line construction techniques and safety regulations.- Effective communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
