The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in higher education admissions, student counselling, lead conversion, and team leadership, with the ability to develop and execute high-impact admission strategies.Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end admissions process from inquiry generation to enrolment.- Develop and execute admission strategies to achieve institutional enrolment targets.- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, career pathways, scholarships, and admission procedures.- Manage high-value admission leads and ensure timely follow-ups for maximum conversion.- Lead, mentor, and motivate admission counsellors to improve productivity and conversion rates.- Analyse admission funnel metrics, conversion ratios, and market trends to optimize recruitment strategies.- Build and strengthen relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporate partners, and education consultants.- Plan and execute admission drives, education fairs, seminars, webinars, and outreach campaigns across multiple regions.- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Academic, Operations, and Student Services teams to deliver a seamless admission experience.- Utilize CRM platforms to track inquiries, applications, conversions,
