About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily store tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
2. Handle stock checks, replenishment, and inward/outward logs.
3. Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation standards.
4. Address queries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
5. Monitor daily targets and report performance to the manager.
6. Assist in implementing processes to improve store operations.
7. Follow all company SOPs, safety rules, and policies.
8. Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for stock/billing.
9. Manage billing, cash handling, and daily reporting.
10. Identify and prevent pilferage and stock mismatches.
11. Drive store revenue by taking full ownership of daily sales targets and growth.
