About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
2. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns to schedule appointments for our sales team
3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products, pricing, and promotions
4. Maintain a database of contacts and update customer information in our CRM system
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
6. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a skilled and timely manner
7. Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and trends to improve future campaigns
