· Drive admissions and revenue generation for all AIC-NMIMS student programs, including Startup Summer/Winter School, AI & Robotics, and other youth-focused initiatives.

· Counsel prospective students and parents on program offerings, career outcomes, learning opportunities, and admissions processes to facilitate informed enrolment decisions.

· Manage the complete admission sales lifecycle, from lead generation, qualification, counselling, follow-ups, application support, and enrolment closure.

· Achieve enrolment and revenue targets through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and consistent tracking of daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

· Develop and nurture lead-generation channels by building partnerships with schools, colleges, student communities, referral networks,



and education stakeholders.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, optimize lead generation efforts, and improve lead-to-admission conversion rates.

· Build and maintain robust relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and partner organizations while ensuring an exceptional admissions and customer experience.

· Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare performance reports on leads, admissions, conversions, revenue, and market insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
