About the Role

KJC Design Build is looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team. If you have experience in residential and commercial construction projects and enjoy managing site execution, quality, and project coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, and billing.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor labour productivity and material usage.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure safety standards and construction quality are maintained.

Requirements





- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of site execution experience
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction practices
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred
