We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Embryologist to join our IVF team. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in embryology and assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures, with the ability to support daily laboratory operations while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in routine embryology laboratory procedures and IVF-related activities.
- Support gamete handling, fertilization procedures, embryo culture, and embryo transfer preparations.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Follow established laboratory protocols, quality control measures, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of laboratory samples.
- Coordinate with fertility specialists, clinicians, and laboratory staff for smooth workflow.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Embryology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in IVF/ART laboratory procedures preferred.
- Knowledge of embryology laboratory practices and quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
