Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Location: PCMC & Pune

Age Criteria: Max – 38

Experience: 3 year to 4 years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in the Pune location & achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Be responsible for end-to-end discussions with buyers and educate them about the company’s offerings on a daily basis.
- Responsible to Attend inquiries generated through the website and addressing needs & concerns to fulfill buyer’s expectations.
- Develop relationships with Top Selling developers Investors and End-customers.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, and prices.
- Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
- Understand clients’ needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Fixing up Engagement Meetings with the Predetermined Leads. Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service to HNI customers.




- Converting prospects into buyers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
- Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure hassle-free after-sales service.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Candidates should be aggressive in Sales & Marketing.
- Communication skills should be good.
- Must be presentable.
- Must have excellent knowledge & experience in the Sales profile.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients & customers.
- Excellent in Customer Relationship & Customer Service.
- Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept recent challenges.
- Should have a focused mindset for Hardcore sales profile.
