At Mukta A2 Cinemas, a Customer Support Executive is Responsible for providing good customer service to visitors and ensuring smooth theatre operations. # Roles and Responsibilities of Customer Support Executive ## Customer Service * Greeting customers politely * Assisting customers with ticket booking and seat information * Handling customer queries and complaints professionally * Guiding customers about movie timings, screens, and offers ## Ticketing and Billing * Managing online and offline ticket bookings * Operating billing/POS systems * Verifying tickets at entry points * Handling cash and digital payments ## Theatre Operations Support * Coordinating with housekeeping and technical teams * Ensuring cleanliness and customer comfort inside the theatre * Monitoring crowd movement during shows * Helping during peak hours and weekends ## Food and Beverage Support * Assisting customers at snack counters if required * Informing customers about combo offers and pricing * Maintaining hygiene standards in food areas ## Customer Experience * Maintaining a friendly and professional attitude * Ensuring customers have a smooth movie experience * Handling emergency situations calmly ## Reporting and Coordination * Reporting issues to supervisors * Maintaining daily sales or customer records if assigned * Coordinating with team members for smooth operations --- # Skills Required * Communication skills * Customer handling skills * Basic computer knowledge
