Role Overview

This is not a typical internship.

You’ll work directly with the founder, getting exposure across content, brand, operations, and business — essentially acting as an extension of the Founder’s Office.

If you’re someone who enjoys both creative execution and business-side thinking, this role will give you a front-row seat to building a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Shoot Assistance

- Assist in shooting content.
- Be involved in styling, framing, and execution of shoots
- Travel occasionally for on-site shoots/projects

2. Video Editing & Social Media

- Edit short-form content for Instagram and ads.
- Maintain a premium, minimal, “quiet luxury” visual tone
- Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules
- Represent Flashback at events and meetings

3. Creator & Collaboration Management

- Coordinate with creators/influencers for collaborations
- Manage communication, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure brand alignment in content output

4. Operations & Coordination

- Work closely with logistics and production teams
- Help streamline backend processes when required
- Assist in handling inbound leads
- Coordinate with clients, vendors,



and collaborators

Who This Is For

Important Note

This role requires ownership, not just execution.
You won’t be micromanaged — but you will be expected to step up.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
