Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Videographer & Video Editor to manage end-to-end video production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for concept development, filming, editing, and post-production of high-quality video content for digital platforms. Strong technical expertise and creative storytelling skills are essential.

GrowiT India, is the agricultural arm of Alpha Plastomers Private Limited and was born with the intention to manufacture advanced and innovative products that ensure optimum quality and yield for the Indian Agricultural & Farming Industry while lowering its carbon footprint.

Our goal is to be your go-to partners for major protective farming products, such as plastic mulch film, shade nets, crop/fruit covers, Vermi beds, mulch laying/hole punching machines and Agri wires, that will ensure sustainable, effective, and cost-effective agricultural practices.

Responsibilities

- Plan, script, and conceptualize video content
- Handle cinematography and camera operations for shoots
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects
- Perform color grading to maintain visual consistency and quality
- Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project objectives
- Manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines
- Maintain organized project files and assets

Required Skills & Qualifications (Essential)





- Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro – Video Editing
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects – Motion Graphics & Video Editing
- Experience in Color Grading
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop – Photo Editing
- Solid Cinematography / Camera Handling skills
- Ability to write scripts, concepts, and shooting ideas
- Understanding of lighting, framing, and composition
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI image and video generation tools
- Drone operation experience (DJI Mini 3 Pro or similar)
- Familiarity with mirrorless cameras (Sony Alpha series preferred)
- Gimbal handling experience
- Knowledge of social media video formats

Travel Requirement

- Must be comfortable with frequent travel, approximately 10–15 days, for on-location shoots and projects.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (or equivalent portfolio)

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Design, or related field preferred (not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
