Key Responsibilities

- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, exporters, and importers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Engagement
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Provide tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide inputs for strategic planning and market positioning.
- Operational Coordination
- Work closely with operations and CHA teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and transport partners for competitive rates.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards,



and ethical practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics solutions.
- Proven track record in sales and client acquisition within logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Logistics.
- Certifications in supply chain or international trade preferred.

Desired Profile

- 5–8 years of sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding.
- Robust client network in manufacturing, pharma, or retail sectors.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and collaborative team player.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
