Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, identifying current business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving financial needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base and through referrals to expand the portfolio.
- Present and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services (e.g., investments, loans, insurance, wealth management) that align with client requirements.




- Conduct regular client reviews to assess portfolio performance, adjust strategies, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of service.
- Prepare detailed reports on client interactions, portfolio performance, and sales activities.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships.
