Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare for management accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoices.
- Maintaining general ledger and all books of accounts up to the Final accounts
- Prepares period or cost statements or reports as necessary.
- Review invoices of the company for potential errors and/or discrepancies.
- Manage the Bank Reconciliation Statements of the Company for all receipts and payments.
- Verification of data and Maintenance of Outstanding reports for debtors and creditors.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of Invoices received, Reconciliation of expenses, accounts payable/receivables, cash flow.
- Prepare tax schedules and Generate accounts reports like Duty, GST, TDS and P.Tax, or any other
- Have acumen to make sure that final figures are correct, noting errors and the causes of any miscalculations.
- Able to conduct other work requirement related to shipping, exports documentation process for dispatch and bank.





Desired Candidate Profile

- Masters Degree in Commerce or Accounting related field
- Tally
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must have robust communication and coordination skills and should be able to work in a cross functioning environment.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
