Job Title: Area Manager/Sales Manager
Location: Citrine Clinic, Sector 15, Gurgaon

Job Summary:
Citrine Clinic is seeking a dedicated and energetic Area Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating clinical and administrative activities, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving overall business performance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on patient satisfaction and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to clinic standards
- Supervise and support the front desk, counselors, and other clinic staff
- Ensure excellent patient service and satisfaction throughout the treatment journey
- Coordinate between doctors, counselors, and administrative staff for efficient scheduling and resource management
- Monitor patient appointments, billing, and record management to maintain operational accuracy
- Track clinic performance and support management in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Handle escalated patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally




- Maintain clinic hygiene, ambiance, and readiness as per brand standards
- Prepare operational reports and share updates with senior management regularly
- Train and motivate staff to uphold the clinic’s service quality and performance goals

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: MBA or Diploma in Hospital/Clinic Management)
- 3–6 years of experience in clinic, healthcare, or wellness center management
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
- Presentable, patient-oriented, and professional approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
