Position: Chef / Kitchen Support
Location: Mallapur (VNR Gardens, Opp. Above KFC, 2nd Floor)
Role Overview
As part of the kitchen team at Atlas Fitness, you will play a key role in preparing and maintaining nutritious meals for staff and supporting a clean, hygienic kitchen environment aligned with fitness and health standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing straightforward, healthy meals and food items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients as required
- Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies
- Follow basic food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the chef and team in daily kitchen operations
- Manage kitchen utensils and ensure cleanliness at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of cooking or kitchen work (preferred)
- Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and disciplined approach
- Willingness to learn and adapt
