Technical Skills:

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader), including designing, loading, and troubleshooting data migration processes.

Expertise in PL/SQL development, with the ability to design, build, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.

Experience in developing and customizing BI Publisher (BIP) Reports.

Proven experience in building and deploying at least 1-2 HCM Extracts, with a strong understanding of reporting and data extraction requirements.

Working knowledge of Oracle HCM REST APIs, including integrations, data retrieval, and transaction processing.

Solid understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data structures, security, and reporting concepts.

Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
